I Wish

I wish for the stars, to shine at me,

I wish for all the success and sanity;

I wish for my wealth to be profuse,

I wish to pay my debts and clear my dues;

I wish for disparages to disappear,

I wish for vindication that’s sincere;

I wish for excellence and luxuries,

I wish to dispose of all worries;

I wish for love to set my heart ablaze,

I wish for many wonders for me to gaze;

I wish for happy endings while I’m alive,

I wish for laughs and cheers when I arrive;

I wish for stolen glances and beating hearts,

I wish for candies, flowers and greeting cards;

I wish to be the reason for others pride,

I wish to have help and mentors who guide;

But more than any of it and all of this,

I wish I don’t ever make a wish;

With my ability I’ll get the above,

And with my affection I’ll win over love;

I only wish for strength, for me to see,

That the real power is within me;
